Sale agreement Procedure

• A binding agreement for the sale of goods is formed when we accept your order, which may be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or email. We will promptly confirm our acceptance of your order through a confirmation webpage, WhatsApp message, or return email to the email address you provide. This confirmation shall constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase and shall mark the formation of a legally binding contract between us.
• We strive to accurately represent our plants and products, but please note that natural variations in size, shape, and color can occur. Our images, descriptions, and information serve as a guide only, and we encourage you to do your own research before making a purchase. While we aim to provide the most accurate information possible, slight differences may occur.
• Plant height will be approximately 20-30cm, subject to availability. Please note that plant availability may affect shipping schedules, and the Company will prioritize treating any diseases affecting the plants before shipping.
• It is important to recognize that the plant’s phenotypic expression, including its floral characteristics, is subject to environmental modulation, which may lead to variations in its appearance relative to the website images.
• Payment should be made in full at the time of place order.
• No refunds or exchanges will be entertained once the plants are sold.
• Please be advised that, due to the inherent nature of live plants, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee of their survival. However, we are committed to delivering the highest quality plants possible, and our team will exert utmost care and dedication to ensure their optimal condition at the time of shipping. While we cannot control external factors that may affect plant viability, we will diligently strive to provide the best possible outcomes.
• Please note that we shall not be held liable for any damage or breakage incurred during transportation, and consequently, we shall not entertain any requests for exchange or refund in such instances. All risks associated with the transport of plants shall be borne solely by the customer, and we shall not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from handling, storage, or transit-related issues.
• Order cancelation charge Rs.100/- per order.
• Plant shipments will only go out on Mondays and Tuesdays, or when plants are available. Please note that our shipping schedule is subject to plant availability.
• The Plant Company shall endeavor to minimise variation between plants sold, however, this is not always possible and as such variability is not sufficient to warrant return or refund. The Plant Company shall ensure that all products are of merchantable quality and be true to name and description.
• If the plant is affected by any disease, we will prioritize treating the disease first, which may delay dispatch which might take a little longer. And if the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll have to delay delivery to ensure the plant arrives healthy and happy.
• NextGen Rose may cancel your order at any time, with a legitimate reason and in line with our policies.

Shipping policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies DTDC only.

We do not ship NextGen Rose products out of India.

Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as on availability or  as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company  (if there is a problem with the plant at that time of delivery, delivery may be delayed). 

NextGen Rose is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. 

Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). NextGen Rose is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Payments

Payment should be made in full at the time of place order.

NextGen Rose is proud to use Phonepe  and other online payment systems for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID or WhatsApp Number as specified during registration with consignment tracking ID. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk.

Plant shipments will only go out on Mondays and Tuesdays, or when plants are available. Please note that our shipping schedule is subject to plant availability.

For Indian customers, the shipping and packing charge is absolutely free for all orders.

We do not ship products out of India.  

Disclaimer

The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by DTDC courier agencies only. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / DTDC  and may take more time. 

* No Deliveries on Sunday and National Holidays.

Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for delivered orders.

If you cancel your order, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days.

If your order doesn’t match your expectations, please reach out to our customer care team within 24 hours and we’ll be happy to help.

Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

To cancel an order, please request within 24 hours of placement. Note that cancellations are not possible once orders have been shipped by our vendors.

A cancellation fee of Rs.100 per order will apply.
